For creators:

  • Banking details (IBAN for Europe, account number and routing code for the United States, or equivalent according to your country) — via Stripe Connect
  • Identity document and proof of age

This data is necessary to:

  • Create and manage your creator account
  • Verify your identity and majority, in accordance with applicable legal obligations
  • Process payments and bank transfers via our Stripe Connect provider

Stripe Connect collects and processes this financial data in compliance with applicable security and data protection standards, such as GDPR or PCI-DSS requirements. We do not have access to the complete details of your banking information.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on:

  • The contract (Terms of Service)
  • Your consent (during registration)
  • Our legal obligations (fraud prevention, compliance with legal age)
