Treets.me is committed to providing a secure space, compliant with French and European legislation. To this end, we have implemented a reporting procedure allowing any user to alert our team about potentially illegal content.
1. Content that may be subject to reporting
Users can report any content they consider:
- Illegal (terrorism, incitement to hatred, child pornography, fraud, etc.)
- In violation of intellectual property rights
- Misleading or fraudulent
- In violation of Treets.me's Terms of Service
2. Who can report content?
Reporting can be done by:
- The buyer who accessed the content
- Any external person, if they have legitimate grounds (e.g.: rights holder of a work, public authority, lawyer, etc.)
3. Reporting procedure
To report content or a user, please use the dedicated form available directly on the link. Go to the content in question, click on the icon representing three small dots, then select the "Report" option. You can then choose a reason for reporting from the proposed options, and provide a detailed explanation if necessary. Warning: any abuse of reporting is subject to sanctions, in accordance with article 6-I-4 of the LCEN.
4. Processing of reports
- Each report is examined within a reasonable time (generally within 72 hours).
- If the content is clearly illegal or in violation of the Terms of Service, it may be temporarily or permanently disabled.
- The creator may be notified to provide explanations or evidence.
- In case of justified reporting, the creator's account may be suspended and funds frozen.
5. Creator's right to respond
The creator has the right to:
- Be informed of a report concerning their content (except contrary injunction from authorities)
- Provide a response or supporting evidence
- Appeal to the Treets.me team within 7 days
